Delegates Rohrbach and J. Kelly move to amend the bill on page 1, section 2, on line 11, after the word “payments” by striking the period and inserting in lieu thereof a semicolon and the word “and”;

On page 1, section 2, after line 11, by inserting a new subdivision (4) to read as follows:

“(4) Ensure when a resident leaves a recovery residence, an individualized discharge plan is provided to the resident, and transportation is provided to the resident to a community with a support system in accordance with the discharge plan.”;

On page 1, section 2, on line 18, after the word “compliance” by striking the period and inserting in lieu thereof a semicolon and the word “and”;

And;

On page 1, section 2, after line 18, by inserting a new subdivision (3) to read as follows:

“(3) Provide the department with comprehensive discharge plans to support a resident when he or she leaves treatment.”
